Every order is packed and shipped with love.
Orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive another notification when your order is ready to be shipped.

US Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. At most, you are charged the actual cost of shipping. We do our best to reduce the shipping cost as much as possible.
Delivery time estimates are provided by the shipping carriers and begin after fulfillment has been completed.

We 100% stand by every product we sell. As we continue our mission in approaching zero waste, Living Pantry generally does not accept returns from online orders. Product returns generate an enormous amount of waste and contribute more to landfills. We ask that you make conscious purchases and we thank you for your earth-friendly choices.
In the event you have any issue with a product you purchased, please email us as soon as possible. We will address every issue on a case-by-case basis to work towards a satisfactory solution.
You can skip the shipping costs with free local pickup at our Blaine, Washington store location. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pickup within 24 hours. We will send you an email when your order is ready.
You may pickup your order anytime during our normal business hours. If you need special accommodations, contact us after finalizing your order. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you arrive.
