Refund policy
Returns
Returns are only accepted at our in-store locations. Living Pantry 100% stands by every product we sell. We will gladly refund or exchange un-used merchandise within two weeks of purchase at either of our locations. Items must be in original, re-sellable condition with proof of purchase.
Discounted items will be processed at the same amount paid. Items returned after two weeks will be at the supervisor's discretion and can only be exchanged or issued in-store credit. Items purchased over 30 days ago will not be accepted.
For online, shipped orders - As we continue our mission in approaching zero waste, Living Pantry does not accept shipped returns for online orders. Product returns generate an enormous amount of waste and contribute more to landfills. We ask that you make conscious purchases and we thank you for your earth-friendly choices.
In the event you have any issue with a product you purchased online, please email us as soon as possible. We will address every issue on a case-by-case basis to work towards a satisfactory solution.
EXCEPTIONS
Sales are Final for:
- Personal Hygiene Product (body care & oral care products, brushes, towels, etc...)
- Bulk products refilled in a customer's container
- Books
- Clearance Items
