How To Use: Scoop a pea-sized amount from jar, brush for two minutes, then rinse well (rinse multiple times if needed to remove all the pumice). For best results, use up to three times per week. Do Not Swallow. Yes, it’s okay to dip your brush directly into the jar. The essential oils in this toothpaste are incredibly antiseptic.
