Welcome to our new Rewards program.
Join our Pantry Point Rewards and receive 1 point for every $1 you spend in-store PLUS be eligible for special discounts and promotions.
How it works:
SIGN UP
When in Living Pantry, sign up for our program with an email and start earning points when you shop with us.
EARN POINTS
All points are automatically awarded and tracked when you checkout. Your points will accumulate from both locations and can be redeemed at either location.
You will receive point updates and reward eligibility to the email you used to sign up. You can always unsubscribe from the emails if you do not want to receive the notifications.
REDEEM
Rewards are redeemable in-store for discounts, free items, and other surprises. You decide when and how to redeem. To redeem your points for earned rewards, just let the cashier know what reward you would like at the time of checkout.
Rewards may include:
- money off your refills
- money off your total order
- free items
- gift certificates
- and more...
SUMMARY:
- Sign up in-store with an email
- Earn 1 point per $1 spent
- Earn points for certain tasks (check with a team member on how)
- Some items may be exempt from earning points
- Points have no monetary value
- Points will expire after 9 months (270 days) of inactivity
- Point value and Rewards are subject to change at any time
If you have participated in our previous Pantry Points Refill program, your earned points will be transferred to our new program, we are giving you until the end of April to check in and transfer points. You now earn points for all purchases, not just refills.
